Join us for "The Future of Aging" Conference. A FREE in-person educational event on May 13th, 2026 at Grossmont Healthcare District. This conference is proudly hosted by Southern Caregiver Resource Center and co-hosted by UC San Diego Shiley-Marcos Alzheimer's Disease Research Center and will feature expert speakers from local organizations discussing aging and caregiving, a community resource fair, memory & health screenings, and continental breakfast and lunch for RSVPs.

If you are interested in hosting a resource table at The Future of Aging Conference on May 13th, 2026, at Grossmont Healthcare District, please fill out and submit the request form below. Note that you are not guaranteed to have a space to host a resource table at the conference by submitting the form. All submissions will be reviewed, and you will be notified if your request was provisionally approved (pending payment) or declined for the conference. If provisionally approved, you will receive an email stating so. The email will include a tabling agreement for you to review and sign along with a link to submit payment within the next 20 days. Your resource table space will not be confirmed until SCRC receives the signed tabling agreement form and full payment.
