Self-Care Activities for Dementia Caregivers

Are you caring for someone with memory loss, Alzheimer’s or dementia? If so, we invite you to connect to our FREE online caregiving series. Our classes will teach you to reduce the stress and burden associated with caregiving by practicing self-care techniques. 

 

These monthly, digital learning sessions are offered in both English and Spanish thanks to Champions for Health and the Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program. Join us from the comfort of your home as we help guide you through caregiving topics and hands-on skills to ease your daily stressors.
